These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Aramaic Code System (the "Product"), operated by Michael Harris Pastor ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing or accessing the Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Product.
1. The Product
The Aramaic Code System is a digital, audio-based devotional consisting of seven daily audio sessions of approximately seven minutes each, delivered through a private online members area. It is intended for personal spiritual reflection and Bible study.
2. Nature of the Product & Disclaimer
The Product is a devotional and educational resource. It is not a substitute for pastoral, medical, psychological, or other professional guidance, and it makes no guarantee of any specific outcome. Any experience of prayer, faith, or reflection is personal and may vary from person to person.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase the Product.
4. Purchase & Payment
The Product is offered as a one-time purchase of USD $9. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider, Monetizze, and is subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
5. Access & Delivery
The Product is delivered digitally. After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive access to the private members area, typically instantly. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to keep your access credentials secure.
6. License & Permitted Use
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Product for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- copy, record, download (except where expressly provided), redistribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly share the Product or its contents;
- share your members-area access with others; or
- use the Product in any unlawful manner.
7. Intellectual Property
All content within the Product — including audio, text, artwork, and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited license described above.
8. 60-Day Guarantee
Your purchase is covered by a 60-day guarantee. If the Product is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 60 days of purchase by contacting support@aramaiccode.com. Refunds are issued through the original payment method via Monetizze. No specific reason is required.
9. Third-Party Services
The Product relies on third-party services (including our payment provider and hosting infrastructure). We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of those third parties.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Product is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Product. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Product after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your place of residence.
